1. Get an old or at least old-looking blank notebook. Make sure it has no lines and a regular binding, like a novel. Not a metal or plastic spiral.
2. Write who it belongs to/who made it on the first page and an introduction.
3. Start drawing sketches of magical creatures and put captions under the them.
4. Write a description for each magical creature.
6. Once you fill up all the pages, (or I suppose you don't have to fill the whole thing up) you've got your very own field guide!
TIP: Put a different magical creature on every page. Include a description and a sketch of it. If you want to make it really nice, alphabetize the creatures.

If you mean the book- then yes. There are 5 books in the whole series and they have all already come out. If you mean the movie- then no. The movie is based on all 5 of the books. They have a another spiderwick book series so as soon as that series is done they might make a movie about that.
To use a field guide, begin by identifying the characteristics of the organism you're observing, such as size, color, and habitat. Then, use the guide's key or index to narrow down possible matches before referring to the detailed species descriptions, illustrations, and range maps for confirmation. It's important to observe carefully and compare multiple features to make an accurate identification.
