Hard to say without getting into some details:

1. What condition is the book in? Obviously this is one of the biggest factors in determining the price of any collectible.

2. Is it 'slabbed'? Professionally graded books often sell for not only higher amounts, but are generally easier to sell as well, since the buyer has a good idea of what they're receiving.

3. Like any collectible, price is determined by supply and demand. If nobody demands it, then it's worth nothing. In other words, the book is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
