No- the fourth movie to star Tobey Maguire and be directed by Sam Raimi was scrapped before production was to begin. Therefore- a different Spider-Man film was made in its place with Andrew Garfield playing the role and Marc Webb doing the job of directing. It is the first movie of a new series and is going to be followed by two sequels.
