What are hera's special powers and how does she use them?

Hera, like all the Greek gods, was omnipotent. She wasn't a superhero, or a comic book villain. She didn't have set powers. She could (and did) pretty much whatever she wanted to, keeping in mind that she still had to defer to Zeus' authority.
