i think its not the best i only would like if the only put mickry mouse in marvel but no other character
The Walt Disney company owns the image rights (and other rights such as movie rights) for Baby Pooh, along with image rights for many other Disney Characters.
Neither the theme parks in Orlando nor the movies are related. The only thing that they recently have in common is the Marvel characters. Within the last year, Disney purchased the rights to the Marvel characters and now owns them. Disney is allowing Universal Studios to keep the attractions that are centered around Marvel characters, like the Incredible Hulk, but not allowing them to build any more.
Yes Disney owns the rights.
The first characters Walt Disney created were Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Mickey Mouse. Oswald was created in 1927, but Disney lost the rights to the character. In 1928, Mickey Mouse was created, becoming one of Disney's most iconic characters.
The Disney Corporation has, for decades, zealously guarded the copyrights of all the characters it created. Try to make money by using something that someone else has created, and has the rights to, is an unambiguous violation of copyright law. Disney is probably the most rigorous defender of their right to make a profit from their own efforts.
The deal for Disney to acquire Marvel has not yet gone through; they are hoping it will be completed by the end of 2009 or early 2010. What Disney may do with the Marvel characters can only be determined at that time, although currently Disney's XD channel (formerly Toon Disney) shows a number of Marvel shows, such as X-Men Evolution and Spiderman. Disney also owns the rights to Batman: The Animated Series, which is a DC Comics property (rival of Marvel). I would assume that Disney theme parks will start to have Marvel rides and characters. Perhaps Hulk Mountain or something.
At the end of 2009 Disney gained all rights to Marvel.

They used to, but ever since Disney bought the rights to Lucasfilm in 2012, all rights now go to Disney
Disney Destino is a short animated film created through a collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dalí. The rights to the film are owned by The Walt Disney Company, as it was produced by Disney in the late 1940s and completed in 2003. The project was originally conceived during a partnership between Disney and Dalí, but it remained unfinished for decades until it was completed by Disney's team. Thus, all intellectual property rights are held by Disney.
