Volume nine was released on October 29, 2008. At that time, my sources had me under the understanding that volume 10 was still being created/drawn in Japan, and thus not yet released even in japan.

I would give it a few more years as it usually takes the artist/writer that long, not counting the six to twelve months it takes for translating it to English~
