She comes back as Nagihiko,which means that she is actually a he. Nagihiko.He comes out on doki episode 56

Nadeshiko never existed;"she" was Nagihiko's female alter ego. Yes, he's a cross-dresser. Not his fault, he's just forced to follow a family tradition, poor Nagi! It's a family tradition that the males in the Fujisaki family must cross-dress as girls while they are young, and Nagihiko just stopped cross-dressing. He has a teeny crush on Amu (he belongs with Rima!) so he was afraid she'd hate him if he told her he's Nadeshiko.

From:star585- well if there is a manga for it,it will definitely co e out I read the manga and it's not complete it's really good so far sadly it will take a few years for it's development, I really can't wait it's a really good manga to bad the writers are planning on cutting out some stuff and it might be all the lovey dovey stuff between amu and ikuto ps.I'm a big amuto fan, AMUTO FOREVER....tadesae how ever u spell his name looks like a girl and amu starts to relize her love for ikuto in the manga so fingers crossed.
