I know episode 168 is coming out in August. I believe it's the 28th.
Im not excatly sure when... But when a new ep. comes out it usually takes a while for it to come out in dub sometimes you have a year. Theres a site called bleachget.com you can go to it tell you when new ep. are out and new dubbed ones :) Hope that helps

As of December 2009 21 Naruto Shippuden English episodes have been released on the internet but 4 new episodes come out at the start of every month.
The Anime is currently suspended/cancelled, specifically no new episodes after 366 are planned. At the current time there are no comments about the future of the English dubbed adaptation of the anime. It is still currently planned to continue into season 14. There is speculation/hope that when Yite Kubo finishes the, "Final arc" the anime will be resumed.

Currently, there are 208 episodes of Bleach out in English dub. However, they create a new one every week, usually on a Sunday to Tuesday. There are many online sites to watch bleach, but the one I usually use is animefreak.tv, as it is convenient, easy to use, and best of all free.
As of December 21 2010, the latest is 302 but bleach is an ongoing sereis, new episodes come every Tuesday
the last episode is 366 but the manga is still ongoing
