If you look on your computer Hard Drive for the folder "World of Warcraft/WTF/Account", you will find a numbered subfolder, and within that are folders named after whatever realms you have had characters on. Within these folders you will find sub-folders with the names of every character you have ever created. Blizzard has the ability to re-activate these characters for you.
The best way to find names for your characters is to just google "names" or "random name generator". If you go on a baby names website, you can find really long lists. Randon name generators just suggest a name for you to use.
