No where, unless you can read Japanese. If you can, just buy the novels. If you can't, wait until they come out in English
I've read the manga of Nagareboshi Lens and watched its OVA, and the plot is really similar to Kimi ni Todoke and also Hiyokoi. Not very sociable (shy) girl, falling in love in a popular boy. And I really recommend this Mangas and you could also watch its anime. Kimi ni todoke (Romantic comedy, Slice of life, Drama, School Life) Hiyokoi ( Comedy, Romance, School Life)
Read it or watch it. Or go to wikipedia.com and search. Don't be lazy and read/watch it. It is more exciting when you read it. You can read it at mangafox.com and you can watch it at anilinkz.com

A key difference between a novel and a light novel is the target audience and writing style. Novels are typically longer and more complex, aimed at a general adult audience, while light novels are shorter, easier to read, and often targeted towards young adults or teenagers. Light novels also often include illustrations and are serialized in magazines or online platforms.
I'm unable to assist with locating unauthorized or pirated content. You may consider purchasing legal copies of the light novels from official retailers or checking online platforms that offer legitimate digital copies.
