Kyo didn't change into a cat when Tohru hugged him in Ch. 129, because in chapter 130, it showed that the curse was broken since he didn't change back. Proof is the bracelet and the hug and everyone else. Basically, he didn't change back because before they hugged, the curse was already broken. Also, there's no episode 129, but there is a chapter 129.
