This is kind of a pointless question, because any super hero that is literally all-powerful would make for awfully boring comics. Comic writers need to introduce weaknesses into their characters to keep their stories interesting, because the weaknesses provide a way for the villain to possiblywin.
It would theoretically be possible to write a character with no weaknesses who could not possibly lose any fight. But, as mentioned... boring.
Except one. Herbie Popnecker. Go on, look him up. He's a deus ex machina in extra-husky pants sucking on a lollipop. Name any super hero. Any one. Herbie wins. Herbie may not even notice he was in a fight ("Something...?"). Why? Because Herbie always wins. The rule of thumb in a Herbie Popnecker story is this: if it would be convenient for Herbie to be able to do something, then he can do it. And if anybody doesn't like it, he'll just bop them with this here lollipop, and that's the end of that.
No,the most powerful hero is our mind;according to me...
super man
Rocka
betty jetty; the super hero guy can help you on that one once you do all the others
Not immortal or all powerful ROMANTIC HERO
Superman also holds the oldest super-hero trophy lol!
batgirl
Batman. He's the most powerful hero. He has a plan to beat everyone and everything.
romantic hero
for me Shiki tohno
super girl is the most powerful but she doesn't have a lot of battle experience so wonder woman is the best fighter
I would have to say Superman
