It was Uncle Press. I figured it out by the way they described him. Read how they describe him in the first book and at the end of book ten. Secondly, he barged in during a Bobby and Courtney moment. Same as in book one.
You know what? I hadn't thought of the barging in on Bobby and Courtney kissing idea..
Anyway..here is some more proof that the guy was Press.
When Bobby said that it wasn't fair that they couldn't continue their lives after they had fought so hard to save them, Press acknowledged that was true and let Bobby and all the other Travelers continue their lives.
I think that Press erased everyone's memories(including Mark and Courtney) so they wouldn't remember having any different life. Probably, they all thought they lived ordinary lives. (I think this because they don't bring up the subject of Halla, or anything else like that.)
Maybe that was why Bobby kinda recognized Press because he remembered him so well(if anything happened to you, like it did to Bobby, I think I would remember it well!), but Courtney couldn't. So why couldn't Courtney? I really can't explain that one.
And who else always calls Bobby by his first name?(UNCLE PRESS!) And plus, Press knew Bobby would want Garden Poultry fries so he brought them. Woah! Lame answer.

Uther Pendragon probably wasn't a historical man, if he was, then we would have to see if he had any issue. Arthur Pendragon can't be found in any doucment, though Pendragon was a title, it is unlikely a man named Arthur held it. But then, nothing is certain in the realm of history.
