Hmm.. probably Marvel because it has loads more people and but DC has superman and doomsday so it coud be an even fight but in my opinon Marvel because it has more people and they have apocalypse aswell which is the most powerful mutant or Rogue from X-Men.They also have the Phoniex.

Another Person: No offense, mr. brains, but you are totally wrong, because 1) D.C. was created in the 1930's 2. all the cities in D.c. are pure fantasy, like, Gotham? Metropolis? give me a break!

That's purely opinion; they're both great companies and neither is officially "better". Try picking up the books yourself and decide what you think.

NO, Marvel is sooo much better then that stupid dc. Pluse dc doesn't have a really justic league movie unlike the avengers that just came out.

The answer: MARVEL, because 1 they have more characters than DC (almost twice as much) and 2 because they have sold 3 times as many comics and other merchandise than DC.

I think dc characters are more famous, but more of marvel comics have been made into movies, theme parks, etc.

DC would win. Sure Marvel has some powerful super heroes but Superman can't die. Plus all the other DC immortals i.e Wonder Woman. It would be a fun fight to watch but, in the end DC wins hands down.

Marvel would win. Because they have more powerful heroes and the Jean Gray (The Phoenix) who could basically destroy anything with out moving a finger and they also have Thor and Hulk either one could defeat superman because he can die and I'm sure one of the marvel super heroes could find kryptonite.

A little fact that some people don't really bring up is that the DC universe has the "Anti-Life Equation" and that alone would probably let the DC universe win.
