Misteor is a Japanese artist, who draws alot of good fanart, mostly known for Katekyo Hitman Reborn! fanart, though he/she does other anime. I do not read japanese, so the only other one I know about is Gin tama that she is currently drawing to this day. I think its a girl because her name is Yanagihara Mio.
