any junk yard will sell you one if you can tow it you can probably get one free from somebody who just wants to get rid of it of course then you have to tow it to the junk yard after it is smashed by the football team

NOPE. You must have a license or the cops will stop you, take you to jail & give you a very hefty fine THEN tow your moped or scooter to the tow yard. The tow yard will charge you at least $75.00 A DAY to keep your scooter not including the fee you're gonna pay to get your scooter/moped back. Better get yourself a Motorcycle/Scooter license FIRSTor you will BE REALLY SORRY. It only takes 1 traffic stop from a cop to find out if you don't have one and then your day is done...you still want to risk your chances!!??
