Well this is an interesting question. Since you do not have your license then you are legally not supposed to be driving on any public road. Furthermore not having your license means that you pretty much have no right. So yeah a police officer could search your car. Hope this helps
Yes, you can buy a car in Kansas without having a drivers license. However, you will need a license in order to title a car.
If they catch you driving on that expired license, yes.
Yes
Yes they can search it
yes, it is not considered a "search"
you can get pulled over for any reason, the police can pretty much just check you out and make sure you are abiding by the law. If you act suspiciously, that gives them reason to search. You have the "right" to decline or disagree, but that will only increase their suspicions to do a search. They can and will detain you while they get a search warrant and the end result with still be a search. Hopefully you have nothing to hide. If you are driving without a license, chances are you don't have insurance either, they can search based on the fact you are breaking one law so chances are you are breaking others. The officer can also impound the car if no one else is with you that has a license to drive the car. Be very careful! Good luck!
Anyone may buy a car. Anyone. Having a license is not a requirement for purchasing a vehicle. Insuring it while having a hardship license may be a different story depending completely on the reason for having the restricted license.
You will not go to jail for having vodka in your car, although if you get pulled over and the police search your vehicle and find pot in the car then you will definitely go to jail.
no
If they have probable cause.
