This bill uses express words to make the bill negotiable, e.g. it states that delivery is to be made to the further order of the consignee using words such as "delivery to A Ltd. or to order or assigns". Shipment on express release should be released at the destination upon surrender a copy of the B/L. Express release B/L should state -- "ZERO (0) - NO ORIGINALS REQUIRED FOR RELEASE".
