Upstream Oxygen Sensor heater performance. That will be the first oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe ( closest to the engine ) on the passenger side head.

You need to check the wireing connector that hooks to the oxygen sensor for a broken wire are bad connection. If you find no problems, then replace oxygen sensor.

Where is O2 heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1 on a 2005 GMC Jimmy code P0155?

On a 2005 GMC Jimmy, the O2 heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1 refers to the upstream oxygen sensor located on the exhaust system, specifically on the passenger side before the catalytic converter. You can find it mounted on the exhaust manifold or near the front of the vehicle’s exhaust pipe. Code P0155 indicates a problem with the heater circuit for this sensor, which may require checking the wiring, connectors, or the sensor itself for faults.
