Now I may be wrong but I thought that's why they call it a permanent plate. I would like to know myself thou if you have to pay a wheel tax on it yearly thou. Someone else should jump in here and let us both know. I was wandering too now that you ask because I recently bought a big camper and didn't plan on tagging it until spring.
