To clean white vans, wash them with plenty of warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. Rub over the entire body in a circular motion, then rinse well, You may need some tar remover on the front of the van, but soap and water will remove normal dirt without damaging the van's finish.
Paint them white.
Depends on the look you want to have. White vans are more popular in the delivery field than black vans. So if you wanted to stand out in the crowd, I would say black.
