To move the seat forward in a vehicle, locate the seat adjustment lever or button, usually found on the side of the seat. If it’s a lever, pull it up while pushing the seat forward; if it’s a button, press it in the direction you want the seat to move. Adjust until you find a comfortable position, then release the lever or button to lock the seat in place. Always ensure the seat is securely positioned before driving.
If the car is only a 2 seater you can put a FORWARD facing car seat on the passenger side, but I'm not sure about a rear facing car seat.
Put the baby in the back seat ;) ONly way I can think of!

To just fold down the seat backs, there are small fabric loops towards the top of the seat backs on the driver and passenger sides, against the door frame. Pull those and the seat backs will come forward.
Because the driver doesn't want any of the passengers to get hurt. If you didn't put a seat belt on then you would just fly forward and hit/crash into the window or the seat in front of you. That is why you wear a seat belt and the reason why the car jerks when the brakes are put on is because no one wants to get into a crash or a car accident.
If your cables are stretched or not working properly, which allow your seat to tumble forward, there is another way of letting the set come forward. If you look under the seat, there is two levers and a bar that connects to both of them. If you twist the bar towards you it will engage the two levers and allow you to pull your seat towards the front windshield. You have to twist the bar with one hand and pull on the seat with the other to bring it forward. Hope this helps you with your problem.
To put the front seat down in a 1998 Corsa, first, locate the lever or handle typically found on the side of the seat. Pull the lever or lift the handle to release the seatback. Then, gently push the seatback forward until it lays flat. Ensure the seat is securely locked back in place before driving.
