To adjust the idle speed of a Daewoo Lanos 1.2, locate the idle speed adjustment screw on the throttle body. Start the engine and let it warm up to operating temperature. Use a screwdriver to turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed or counterclockwise to decrease it, while monitoring the RPMs with a tachometer. Ensure the idle speed is set according to the manufacturer’s specifications, typically around 800-900 RPM.
Do not turn. If you turn, the forklift may tip.

WRONG!! a forklift is driven with a steering wheel, but the back tires direct the movement, not the front as in a car. With the back tires turning to control the turning radius, it allows you to turn literally on a dime. You can do a complete circle on a forklift without changing your center point. Depending on what size forklift you are speaking of. The above comment is refering to a forklift found in warehouses, walmart, etc.
turn the idle screw!
Turn the Idle Adjusting screw.
To minimize the effects of centrifugal force in a turn on a forklift, reduce your speed before entering the turn, keep the load low and centered, and ensure the forklift is properly balanced. Additionally, use smooth and gradual steering movements to maintain control and stability while turning.
There is an idle screw on the side of the carb its the one you can turn by hand if you have to use a screw driver its probably not the idle screw. turn it CW to increase and ccw to decrease.
