How much to cross the Verrazano Bridge by truck?
$12 per axel
Very carefully. That is a bridge you absolutely do not want to miss a gear on while crossing it.
Yes, because the truck applies less pressure then the bridge can support
Only if it is moving forward and tide to the truck. Whether or not it is legal is another question. Pulling another vehicle is illegal in most states.
Guryak Truck Bridge was created in 2009.
If the GVW is more than 10,000 lbs, yes.
To drive a truck from New York City to Staten Island, start by taking the George Washington Bridge or the Holland Tunnel, depending on your location in NYC. Follow the signs to the Staten Island Expressway (I-278), which will lead you directly to Staten Island. Be sure to check for any truck restrictions or tolls on your chosen route, particularly at the bridge or tunnel. Once on the expressway, follow the signs to your specific destination within Staten Island.
