Each dump truck has a different capacity. It is best to call the place that will be delivering it what their trucks capacities average.
Once again it's depending on the size of a lorry.
Depends. 17 tons, give or take, is typical.
A standard dump truck can haul approximately six cubic meters of sand. Sand and gravel are aggregates for foundations in Philippine construction.
About 3/4 of a ton.
One and five/eights. Assuming you're referring to US short tons (2000 lbs), the total weight of the payload would be 3,250 lbs.
That would depend entirely on the size of the dump truck.
depends on the size of the dump truck The size of the dump box (example if it can hold 10 cubic yards) and the legal loading limit for the roads / area and number of axles the truck has will determine the load it can carry. But let's say it can hold 10 cubic yards for this example. Gravel weighs approx 1.35 tons per cubic yard. So a 10 cy load would weigh 10 x 1.35 tons = 13.5 tons of gravel. An average tandem truck can carry @13 tons legally, the largest straight dump truck, a Strong super dump, can carry @26 tons with 7 axles including a Strong arm! This will be around the same for sand too. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: This might be useful for you to know. If a store is trying to sell you loose gravel , or other such natural products by weight, be sure to get the order when it hasn't been raining. Wet gravel, sand, dirt, and etc., weight MUCH more than dry, and you get a whole lot less for your money.
As much as the company charges. The total cost will depend on the base cost of the material, how much of the material is being delivered, and how far they have to travel to deliver it.
It depends on the dimensions of the truck and the volume occupied by its storage space.
A standard dump truck typically hauls between 10 to 14 tons of sand, depending on its size and configuration. Smaller trucks may carry around 5 to 10 tons, while larger models can accommodate up to 20 tons. It's important to consider local regulations and the truck's load capacity to ensure safe hauling.
a tipper, is a dump truck used to haul rock, sand gravel, asphalt, trash and anything else that needs hauling and dumping. sort of like a huge wheelbarrow
"Super 10" is a transmission type. How much product it can carry will depend on the configuration... tandem, tri-axle, quad axle, quint axle, "centipede", "superdump", etc. When I worked at Pioneer Sand, we had one T800 "Superdump" (three pusher axles and a strong arm). It could carry 25 tons legally.
