you can drive it at any age as long as your not driving far and your doing farm stuff.
Don't matter how old you are. You have to be experienced enough to drive it on the farmland first and then safely on a highway. In farming country you may get away driving at 7-8 years old. Teenages can't even safely drive cars when they are sixteen but an experienced 8 year old farm tractor driver already learned how to properly operate the tractor.
i think ether your parents can make that decision but someone told me that you have to be 14 so i don't really no which answer it is so OK

The legal age in England to drive a motor vehicle is 17. However considering many routes and farmland may be considered as off-road, you could technically drive a tractor at any age, as long as it is off road. From personal experience, a friend of mine gained his license to drive a tractor at 16, and drove tractors immediately after. Therefore the driving of tractors or other farm vehicles may be permitted at a younger age, due to farms being "off-road".
sixteen to drive one and fourteen to ride in one
