i have never lived in snow before and i am thinking of buying a truck a Chevy to be exact. it is a 2004 automatic but it does not have 4wheel drive...its really the only truck in my price range. i need a truck cuz i am moving to South Dakota and i have to drive there so i think a truck would be ideal. especally compared to my manual Nissan exterra. am i making the right decsion?
Most cars have the oil pump located in the oil sump, at the bottom of the engine block.
the rear front axle gear box would brake then it would snow drops of water
Make sure your truck is not in 4wheel drive low it needs to be 2 high
All true trucks are rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. Because of towing and payload needs trucks are rear wheel drive or 4wheel drive. If you have a heavy loadd in the back of the truck and it was front wheel drive you would not get any traction, the same as if you towing a load.
you should check with the company. then you should file a law suit if you have 2 wheel drive
There are a number of places where one can purchase 4wheel parts. For instance, Tire Package, Performance 4 Trucks, and 4 Wheel Parts all carry these products.
Someone who knows how to drive a truck and is legally licensed to drive a truck has to train you, so that you can drive a truck (but you do also have to get a license).
