* My boyfriend said that is was improper to say you don't suppose to as to saying you aren't suppose to.. I really don 't see what the big deal is.... So you could say:

* You aren't (=are not) supposed to park in spaces for the handicapped.

Or better, and more accurate (but more difficult to remember!):

* You aren't supposed to park in spaces reserved for the handicapped.

'supposed to' means something people should do, but sometimes they do not.

If you wish to issue an order, command or prohibition, you could say:

* (Please) do not park in the spaces reserved for the handicapped.
