The price can vary greatly - too much to really give a ballpark figure - depending on what options, drivetrain, etc. As the T800 is sold as a road and sitework vehicle, and also can be ordered as a tractor-trailer power unit or as a vocational truck. Thus, it could come in daycab or sleeper cab configuration, you could have a single or double frame, air ride or various spring suspensions, etc.

Between $800 and $5000, depending on the size.
You'd have to reprogramme the engine controls. Disable the computer, and you disable the entire truck.
Email me via the address on my bio page with the last eight digits of the VIN and I can get you that information.
Some are. I know one of our contractors who has a Kenworth T-800 dump truck with a 525 Cummins, and that truck will move, I tell you. But a normal fleet truck isn't going to be particularly fast.

Kick panel on the driver's side.
The cheapest car you could buy in 1910 was the Ford Model T. It cost around $800 at that time. That would be equal to around $20,000 in todays money. Other cars cost lots more.
A 1999 will have automatic slack adjusters. Press the brake pedal all the way to the floor a few times, and that should do it for you. If you're not certified to work on air brake systems, anything else is illegal for you to do.
