To reset the air conditioning system on a Mercedes-Benz E320, first, turn off the vehicle and then disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes to reset the system. Reconnect the battery, start the car, and turn on the AC to check if it’s functioning properly. If issues persist, consult the owner's manual or a professional for further troubleshooting.

In the 1984 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL, the fuse box is typically located in the engine compartment, near the driver's side. For the air conditioning system, you'll need to check the owner's manual for the specific fuse number, as it may vary by model. Generally, fuses are labeled, so look for a fuse related to the climate control or air conditioning. If you can't find it, consulting a wiring diagram for your specific model year can also be helpful.
