Depends on the load (the product), and the empty tractor-trailer's weight.
Typically, the empty tractor trailer will weigh between 25,000 and 26,000 lbs. The maximum gross weight must be 80,000 lbs., or less. Let's assume a tare weight of 25K. That means we can take on 55,000 lbs of product. If our product is, say, methanol - which weighs 6.63 lbs. per gallon - we can take on about 8200 gallons. In practice, it's usually 8000 to 8100 gallons.
If the product were 50% sodium hydroxide - which weighs about 12.76 lbs per gallon - we would end up with about 4300 gallons.
Gasoline is about the same weight as methanol. Any tanker truck will almost always try to take on the maximum legal weight of 80,000 lbs. By comparison, the average weight of a car is around 4,000 lbs.
72 gallons is needed to fill the tank.
number of miles driven on a tank / number of gallons to replenish that tank.
Multiply the number of cubic feet in the tank by 7.5 to find gallons.
22gal. but remember to not fill tank on newer trucks to the top as you will mess up your emissions and pay..donttop off your tank..
It depends what size tank you have. If you know how many gallons a full tank holds, then multiply that number by 0.84; the answer is how many gallons are in it now.

an 18 wheeler does not use gas.it uses diesel.now the tanks can hold anywhere from 60 gallons to 200 gallons each most trucks have a tank on each side so if they are 200 gallon tanks, the 18 wheeler can carry 400 gallons of fuel when full All new trucks are equipped with dual fuel tanks for balance--if you had only one tank the truck's steering would be different with a full tank than with an empty one. They come in three sizes: 100 gallons, 150 gallons and 200 gallons. Fleet drivers' trucks have 100-gallon tanks, and we refuel every day. Independents usually run 200-gallon tanks, but I think if I had my own rig I'd have 100-gallon tanks.
The question is not very specific. There are many kinds of water tankers. A water tanker truck, of the largest 18 wheeler kind, can carry about 30 tons of water. Which is about 8000 gallons.
60 gallons for a tank that size.
A quarter of 17 gallons = 4.25 gallons

The packaging or booklet usually gives the volume of the tank, but if it does not, fill the aquarium one gallon at a time (or if it is large, 2-5 gallons at a time) until it is filled. The number of gallons that is put in the aquarium is the number of gallons of water the tank holds.
