It could be that the back tires brakes are rusted and need new replacements or just need oil.

I would think that you have a leak in your exhaust system.
low oil pressure. faulty oil pump or plugged screen could cause that.
certainly seems too new for something too serious, check your universal joints and drive shaft for wear, looseness or objects coming into contact with them.
The secondary winding leakage inductance limits the current during a short. It seems that the current through the primary is limited by winding resistance and leakage resistance when the secondary is shorted.
