I'm guessing that it's engine oil you mean. It can come from a bad oil cooler if it's got one . Could also come from a bad cylinder head gasket, leaking seals on wet type cylinder sleeves, warped cylinder head or block, a crack in either the head or block. It will take some time consuming troubleshooting.

You can purchase a radiator for a tractor from several sources, including authorized dealership parts departments, agricultural supply stores, and online retailers such as Amazon or eBay. Additionally, specialty tractor parts suppliers and salvage yards may have used or refurbished radiators. It's important to ensure compatibility with your specific tractor model when selecting a radiator.

The threads are worn and the vibration of the engine causes the oil cap to loosen. Replace the oil cap or try a little teflon tape on the male thread as a temporary fix.
Usually you get oil in your radiator when you blow a head gasket and oil leaks into your radiator. Blown intake gasket is also possible, as well as a hole in the engine's water jacket (very uncommon). Also, if the vehicle's transmission cooler coil is internal to the radiator, a leak from it may be possible (most tranny coolers are external for this reason).
It Could Be a Bad Gasket that causes water to mix with coolant more than likely you will see white dough like substance in radiator.
