Probably not has they never work. On vectra b theres a nut under the handbrake gattor, not sure if its same on vectra c
they are 2 totally different mdels. Vectra B is from 1995 till 2002, and was upgraded in 1999. Vectra C/Signum is the latest model from 2002 till 2008, and then you of course the newest Vectra D introduced early tis year.
You need to wrap your pipes with insulation. The insulation is sold in six foot lengths at most plumbing or A/C supply stores. You should get insulation that is slightly larger inside diameter than the outside diameter of your pipes. The wall thickness should be at least one inch.
