Nuffield Tractors were made from 1948 - 1969, in 1969 the name was changed to Leyland Tractors. These tractors were used to do whatever was needed around the farm and any other place one might use a tractor.
British Motor Corporation and Leyland Motors merged to form British Leyland in 1968. Morris Motors Limited became a part of BMC in 1951. The owner, Lord Nuffield started making Nuffield Tractors after World War II.
