It depends on what for engine is in the motor home If it's a big block and you want to put it on a small block you will have to change the bell housing And with out a doubt the transmission mount I am sure it mounts different in moter home. But it can be done. You can put a Chevy alternator on a dodge if you know what your doing, I'm not trying to be a smart a-- I've done it Good luck!

On a 1977 Dodge Tioga motor home, the transmission dipstick is typically located at the rear of the engine compartment. It is usually found near the transmission, often on the driver's side, and may be marked with a bright handle for easy identification. To check the transmission fluid, ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is running before pulling the dipstick out for inspection.
IT doesn't have a ballast resistor.
