if it was me i would ask them to prove that the gauges were working before you bought it. and i am not sure but i think that any changes you make such as a new radio or new rims and such will stay so if you take something off i dont think u have to put it back. but i am not entirely sure. and another thing if it is getting or has already been repossessed i would tell them to get bent. it it was me.
if i get my car repossessed, can they put a llien on the house?
If you have had a car repossessed, you have not kept up with the payments. You probably still owe money on the repossessed car. In these circumstances, the fact is that you can not afford to purchase another car and would not be able to obtain the finance to do so.
You can purchase modified car insurance online from the Nationwide website. You can also receive advice on how to purchase modified car insurance on websites such as Confused and Money Supermarket in their car insurance sections.
You don't. The car will go to an auction, and the highest bidder will win it.
Of course, it won't legally be your car however.
Normally your credit is ruined for 7 years.
You will also be liable for any deficiency balance
Buying a repossessed car today can be a great way to save money, but be careful to inspect the car to be sure there are no hidden problems since they are typically sold "as is". Some dealers specialize in repossessed cars and you can also find them at a local auction.
then you go and kick that person and repposses that car.... They call cops and you ignore those guys....
If the car is being repoed then you owe something.
Unless you contact the bank and work out a solution, they will sell the car. You will then be liable for the difference in what the car sells for and the balance on the note.
The car will most likely be repossessed unless you make up the missing payments and penalties.
