Well, I've done some research and found that Stanadyne seems to be the one that most people recommend. I personally use Motorcraft Cetane Booster (red cap) in my 6.0L PSD motor which, I understand, is made by Stanadyne.
I have also found that Opti-Lube XPD Diesel Fuel Improver is supposed to be good (according to some "study test" around 6-7 years ago), however, I have never tried it myself and probably never will.
Unfortunately, ya cannot go by what you read on forums as you never know who the people recommending different products are (they could easily be the manufacturers themselves). Therefore, they're biased. And, you will always find "contradicting" info, too. Hope this helps!
