TEMPORARY ACCESS ROAD
Irrespective of the period of insurance specified in the Policy. the Insurers will indemnify the Insured only for unforeseen accidental loss of or damage to temporary access roads insured under the Policy if such loss or damage occurs prior to such roads being completed or taken into use for their purpose by the contractors, whichever takes place first.
Cover note introduces the endorsement, i.e. "Attached you will find Endorsement #2 that adds John Smith to the list of Named Insureds." The endorsement is the legal wording itself issued by the insurance company to legally change the wording present on the existing policy effective on a specific date.
That would depend on the wording of your policy.
It depends on the policy wording but most do NOT form part of the estate. You will need to ask the insurance company.
There is no insurance of that type. An insurance company would never issue a policy covering possible previous damage in regards to any type of property.
Benefits paid from an insurance policy are separate from property that is left in a will. With an insurance policy, it is paid to the named beneficiary. That is not controlled by the wording of a will.
The wording in the deed is no different just because the buyer did not want to pay for a title search and title insurance. The responsibility is with the buyer to know what he/she is getting when he buys the property. You can sue after the fact, but good luck if you don't take responsibility to have the property checked out.
Primary and Non-Contributory Wording means your General Liability policy, or any insurance policy that has this endorsement on it, will pay first in the event of a claim. The Non-Contributory part means that not only will your policy pay first, but it will pay the full amount of the claim until the limits are exhausted without your client contributing to the loss with their own insurance. Not all General Liability policies have this coverage built in and it can be quite expensive to purchase if your policy was issued without it.

Because if he (who from your question's wording is their client) is found NOT guilty, he/they will not have to settle with you. You are NOT their client.
The provisions of the insurance policy would be the only ruling authority. Check the wording of the policy.
The wording of your sentence must be clear.
This will depend on the policy wording I would contact the carrier I have thru the company I retired from first and ask them.
