Depends on how big you go. Odometer/speedometer will be out, some vehicles may have issues because of the vehicle speed sensor. Also keep in mind that the higher the center of gravity on a vehicle the more unstable the vehicle will be. The speedo can be compensated by changing the cable gear in the trany. On some vehicles you can get around the speed sensor and the stability issue can be minimized by rim ofset & tire width to some extent but stability could be a safety problem. Check your clearance between the tires & the inner wheel wells also as well as clearance with other parts.
