Make up the payments ... like right now. If one is unable to do so, then they need to contact the lender (should have done this 2 months ago) and explain the circumstances of why they are breaching a written contract (punishable by law). Sometimes things can be worked out - you may have to return the car to the lender, as they ARE the owner of that vehicle, not you!
Then you have a very good friend and you should remain current on your car note. Should you fall behind and negatively affect your friend's credit, you may lose your friend.
7 car behind
The lender will eventually repossess the car.
My car note was behind 2 months . las week i sent off one paymnt to them But because of the recent hurricane my payment got lost in the mail. I received no noticication of any sort. The repo man arrived at my door and tolk my car . Now he wants 2400.00 dollars in order for me to get my car back can they do that?
no
If the dealer calls you after the car has been repossessed, then you should inform them that you no longer have the car. They can contact the finance company to verify the information.
Nope.
The car seat should be placed behind the passenger seat for safety reasons.
three car spaces
there is a difference between co signing a note and being on the actual title, if you are on the title as an owner, you need to pay this insurance yourself, because (in most states i know) you will be held legally responsible as an owner of the uninsured vehicle should he be in an accident.........as to the note he is hurting your credit severely by defaulting on the loan......personally i would pick up the car and bring it to my house, or call the bank and ask them to foreclose the note.....
three.
you and the party you cosigned have to talk to who you have the note with and they should be able to help you out
