only a few polaris sleds are EFI, some Indy 500s and the RXL 650s. The 500s and 650s were also made carbed but were only called an Indy 650, not RXL

This sled was meant to run hard and fast you probably are fouling out your spark plugs.
You can find torque specifications for your Polaris 650 in most Polaris service manuals. Many auto-parts stores can give you a torque specification sheet.

1988-1991's made 98-100hp. 92's up until the last 650 year, made 105. No big increase. Can't really feel it.
