When theres NO risk of a collision or any emergecy vehicles around you such as a police car in pursuit you should NOT move at all UNLESS YOUR GETTING OUT THE WAY!
A traffic signal displaying a steady circular green light means that, at least according to the light, you have the right to proceed. BUT, that also means "only if it is safe to do so". For example, a driver coming South is in the intersection, going straight, when the light changes. Traffic stops him from getting out of the intersection. You are traveling west and want to turn South. But his Range Rover is in the intersection! You have the green light! What you do is stay put, even if your light changes to red before you can move into your turn, even if everyone behind you gets mad at you. You must not clog up the intersection, because drivers coming East may want to turn North.

After stopping, you may turn right, unless prohibited by some other sign or signal.
..... wait for the light to turn green to proceed -or- if turning right - come to a full stop and after checking for oncoming traffic on the cross-street and pedestrians, turn right with caution.
In Florida, you can turn left at a traffic light when the light is green, unless there are signs indicating otherwise. If you have a green arrow, you can proceed to turn left without hesitation. However, if the light is red, you may only turn left onto a one-way street if it's safe to do so, after coming to a complete stop. Always yield to oncoming traffic and pedestrians when making the turn.
A green traffic light arrow pointing up indicates that vehicles may proceed straight ahead in that direction. It means that the lane is open for movement, and drivers can continue forward without stopping, provided it is safe to do so. However, they should still be aware of pedestrians and other traffic.
Proceed to the exit. You may proceed in an orderly manner.
When approaching an intersection, it's important to remember that a green light does not always mean you have the right-of-way to turn because pedestrians or other vehicles may still have the right-of-way. It's crucial to always yield to others and proceed with caution to avoid accidents.
If there is a cop present, and you have stopped and have not moved, than yes, you can get a ticket. Should a police/law enforcement officer be present, they would most likely activate their flashers or loudspeaker to inform you that there is a green light and you must proceed through the intersection. This is not a ticketable offense, however, if you should fail to react, they may stop you to test your Blood Alcohol Content or for illegal substances.
It will be black because there may not be any green light reflecting the green apple so if theres no light then it will become black
The speed of light in a medium changes when the medium of propagation changes. The wavelength and direction of light may also change depending on the medium, due to factors like refraction.
Certainly not in Australia, New Zealand, Britain, South Africa, Japan, the West Indies and several other places. If a T.C.S. displays a red circle than no traffic facing that red circle may proceed unless a green arrow illuminates applicable to the lane that a driver is in. Exception: when directed by a Member of Police.
