A relative had one about 15+ years ago so I know they were made at one time. It was cardboard and sadly rotted away over time. I've been looking for a replacement ever since. I'm surprised no official Disney merchandiser has re-released it or come up with a newer one. Personally I've had good luck in going on eBay and finding a seller who will custom make sunshades with whatever photo you send them. I suspect those of us who want a Cruella De Vil sunshade will have to find a suitable picture and send it to someone like that.
