Displayed on the left front corner of the body. These labels peel off, fall off or fade away depending on f they are stickers or metal plates.
Stamped into the frame on the front left of the trailer. You may have to crawl underneath with a rag and a flashlight to find it.
Most RV trailers have a sheet of paper glued inside a cupboard that has the VIN and all Appliances listed on it.

I used to work with Jayco units years ago. 3M is their model number. 3 indicated Heritage Fold Down Camper Trailers. M would be the floorplan designation, I don't recall which floorplan was associated with M. The year indicator seems to show this as a 2001 model.
