You will need to look up by the dashboard. It is most likely that they will be located there are near the button to turn on the headlights.
Turn on the fog lights by pressing the fog light button under the rear window button. when you press it a green light will come on leting you know its been turned on.

The fog light switch is in the center stack of your dash , just to the right of the radio , near the bottom of the radio . Just push the button to turn on the fog lights and push it again to turn off the fog lights
first Turn on your lights then push the button that is located next tothe brightness control(left hand side). You know when the fog lights are on when a red light turns on on the button.

Check in the center stack of the dash , just to the right of the radio I believe there is a push button to turn the fog lights on and off

On a 1997 Ford Explorer : The push button switch to turn on and off the fog lights is in ( the center stack of the dash , to the right of the radio )
Pull out on the headlight switch, and then press the fog light switch button in.
The switch for the fog lights is above the radio, next to the rear window defrost button and the traction control defeat button.
The fog lights are turned on by pressing the fog light button on the headlight switch. On my truck, you have to pull the switch out that turns the regular lights on.
