On the fuel filter!
I have never heard of a fuel actuator or sensor on a 24V Cummins.
A 1998 Ram with the Cummins diesel has a water in fuel indicator on the dash that will illuminate if there is water in the fuel filter housing.
The 2005 Peterbilt M 11 Cummins diesel engine map sensor is located next to the fuel pump. The map sensor should be labeled as such.
That is the fuel filter on the driver side of the engine block.
Code 1753 on a 2005 Cummins diesel typically indicates an issue with the fuel pressure sensor or its circuit. To correct this, first check the wiring and connectors for any damage or corrosion. If the connections are secure, test the fuel pressure sensor with a multimeter to ensure it is functioning correctly. If the sensor is faulty, replace it and clear the code to see if it reoccurs.
The fuel filter/water separator is on the driver side of the block.
water sensor has malfunctioned/or fuel has large quantity of water contamination.
usually in the base of the fuel filter
Cummins recomends no more than 5% bio diesel.
Only one fuel filter
Yes
All that is required to restart a 2006 Cummins is to add fuel and crank the engine. The fuel system is self bleeding.
