No.
In terms of most economic rates, you should look at a local insurance company. A small company generally offers much lower rates than the big guys. In terms of most coverage, look into Allstate, Progressive, or State Farm. It all depends on what you mean by most efficient.
Repair it make a planter out of it sell it for scrap Without collision insurance you are out of luck unless the accident was the other guys fault, in which case his insurance will pay you for the value of your car and collect the remains.

There are a variety of jobs available. IT guys, brokers, and customer service agents are all viable options. Many insurance agencies have job listing posted online.
Insurance companies are in the business to make money and they have to draw the line somewhere. Sexual wellbeing is not covered for women & so they extend that reasoning to men & wont cover it for guys either.
You act like this is a bad thing...okay, maybe it is a bit annoying. However, do not believe for a moment you can do your own insurance. Insurance agents have to be tested for quite a bit of knowledge in order to sell the policies. You should do some research on your state's Department of Insurance website. You should identify 3 or 4 insurance companies that are reputable. Then sit down and interview the agents. Avoid the guys that just want to quote you over the phone...
same question for Florida. Guys, no one has a hint?

The insurance is actually PL/PD, which is Public Liability and Property Damage. This coverage is mandatory in most (or all) of the US and Canada, as it is to cover any damage or injury that you cause to the person or property of others. The public liability portion of the insurance is to cover injury or death of the other person in the event that you cause an accident. This may include, but is not limited to, rear-ending someone, hitting a pedestrian, or driving into a store. The property damage covers the cost of physical items, like cars, buildings, telephone poles, etc, that are damaged by your neglect. I believe that if you do not have proper insurance for a delivery driver, then your insurance company may choose not to cover you for PL/PD if you get into an accident while delivering pizzas. I have heard, however, that the specific insurance you need for delivering pizzas depends largely upon whether you wear a uniform, have signs or decals on your car, and how many hours you work or kilometres you drive.. but don't quote me on that.
