Farmall tractors are traditionally red in color as red tends to traditionally be an eye catching, attention getting color. It is very easy to notice anything, when it is painted bright red. Farmall understood the importance of a bright color which would in turn, create positive (and free) advertising. Keep in mind, farmers also love the bright red because when they leave there tractor out on acres of land..if the weather is gross outside, or snowing, they have a higher shot of spotting it when it is a bright color.
