no way will 31in tire fit on a stock chevy blazer the tires will rub on thewheel wells
you can definitely fit more then 20 inch tires on a stock 2000 s10 blazer I'd say to play it safe, 30 or 31 inch tires would be good with out any rubbing, or trimming needed
...You might be able to with a lot of cutting at the wheel well, fender and bumper. Probably not, get the lift kit & tires.
look on the driver side door the tire size should be 235x75x15 or 235x70x15 CAN A 31X10.5 r 15 FIT ON A 2000 bLAZER ?
They will fit but most likely the front tires will rub slightly on the frame when turned all the way. I've heard that wheel spacers may fix this but can only personally confirm that a 2" body lift will do the trick.
